1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by 7Transfers (M&M Global Transfers L.L.C). By making a booking or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

7Transfers provides private transportation and transfer services worldwide. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Bookings

When you make a booking, you provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that pickup and drop-off details, dates, times, and passenger numbers are correct. We will confirm your booking by email or other agreed channels.

4. Service communications

By confirming a booking with 7Transfers, you agree to receive communications that are necessary to deliver, coordinate, and manage your transfer. Depending on the contact details you provide, these messages may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or other secure channels we use to operate our service.

These communications may include, without limitation:

• booking confirmations and receipts;
• updates on the status of your reservation, such as driver assigned, on the way, arrived, completed, or cancelled;
• practical information relating to your pickup, drop-off, flight, or schedule;
• customer support messages and notices related to the performance of your service;
• invitations to rate your experience or share feedback after your journey.

These messages are an essential part of the service you request. Where applicable law requires separate consent for promotional or marketing communications, we will request it independently. You may contact us at any time to update your preferences or opt out of non-essential messages, without prejudice to communications strictly necessary to fulfill your booking.

5. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal. Prices are as quoted at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extras, waiting time, changes, or a payment transaction fee (also shown as an application fee) where applicable. You agree to pay all amounts due in accordance with the booking confirmation.

Any transaction fee is charged by the payment provider or bank to process the payment. It is not a fee retained by 7Transfers. Because that amount is kept by the bank or payment processor, transaction fees are not refundable.

6. Pricing errors

We strive to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur due to technical faults, manual entry mistakes, or system malfunctions. If a price shown on our website is clearly incorrect or manifestly unreasonable (a "pricing error"), we reserve the right to:

• cancel the booking and refund any amount paid in full; or
• contact you to confirm the correct price before proceeding with the service.

We will not provide the service at a price that we can reasonably demonstrate was posted in error. If we cancel a booking due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund of any payment made, processed via the original payment method where possible.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the type of booking and the time of cancellation. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us at booking@7transfers.com for specific conditions. If your booking includes 7Transfers Plus, the additional cancellation flexibility described in section 8 applies, subject to the non-refundable Plus fee rule set out there.

Where a refund is due, it covers the eligible transfer/trip amount only. The following amounts are not refundable:

• any transaction fee (application fee) charged by the bank or payment processor to process your payment — that amount is retained by them, not by 7Transfers; and
• the 7Transfers Plus fee, if purchased (see section 8).

8. 7Transfers Plus

7Transfers Plus is an optional paid add-on that you may purchase at checkout for extra flexibility and peace of mind. It is priced per journey: on a round trip, outbound and return each have their own Plus charge. By selecting 7Transfers Plus you agree to the following:

• Cancel for a transfer refund: You may cancel up to 6 hours before pickup and receive a refund of the transfer fare (the trip amount), subject to these Terms.
• Plus fee is non-refundable: The amount paid for 7Transfers Plus is not refundable in any case. Refunds under Plus cover only the transfer/trip amount. The Plus fee is never included in a refund.
• Flight delay protection: Flight delay protection up to 3 hours at no additional waiting-time cost, where applicable to your booking.
• Priority support: Priority support via WhatsApp and email.
• Faster refund processing: Eligible transfer refunds are processed on a priority basis. Processing times may still vary by payment provider.
• Free booking modifications: Free modifications to date, time, or flight number up to 6 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability.
• Priority reassignment: Priority driver reassignment if your original vehicle has an unexpected issue.
• Outside the Plus window: Cancellations or modifications requested less than 6 hours before pickup are not covered by Plus and follow the standard cancellation policy.

7Transfers Plus is optional. If you do not purchase it, the standard cancellation and modification rules for your booking apply.

9. Liability

7Transfers and its partners are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. traffic, weather, strikes). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except where otherwise required by law.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to cause harm to drivers, other passengers, or third parties. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services in case of abusive behavior or breach of these terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, logos, images) is the property of 7Transfers or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. 7Rewards loyalty program

7Rewards is the loyalty program of 7Transfers. By earning or redeeming points you agree to the following conditions:

• Earning points: When a trip booked under your customer account is finished, you earn 1 point for each 1 € of the trip total after discounts (rounded down to the nearest whole unit of currency). Points are credited only after the trip is finished, not at the time of payment. On your first completed booking with us, we also credit an extra 100 points as a welcome bonus.
• Future use only: Points earned on a trip cannot be used on that same booking. They may be redeemed on a later booking.
• Redemption value: 100 points equal 5 € (each point is worth 0.05 €). You may choose how many points to redeem, up to your available balance and up to the value of the booking.
• How to redeem: While checking out, a logged-in customer may redeem points from their account. Guests may redeem by entering their 8-digit 7Rewards member number.
• No stacking with vouchers: 7Rewards redemption cannot be combined with a promotional voucher/discount code on the same booking. Applying one clears the other.
• Cancellations: If a booking on which points were redeemed is cancelled, the redeemed points are normally restored to the member account, subject to our cancellation and refund rules.
• Member number: Your 8-digit member number identifies your 7Rewards balance. Keep it confidential. Anyone who knows that number may attempt to redeem points on a guest checkout.
• Program changes: We may modify, suspend, or end 7Rewards (including earn/redeem rates) at any time. Points have no cash value outside redemption on eligible bookings and are not transferable except as we expressly allow.

14. Governing Law and Contact
